Kaden is two months old today. We go to the doctor at 3:15, so I won't have any 'stats' until after then and no pictures until later too. Here are some pictures from our doctor visit Friday.
Before his shots....
Right after shots....this broke my heart.
I can't believe I have to make him do this again in a few months.
At least he got a cute Scooby Doo band-aid...
- You weigh 10 lbs and 4.5 ounces
- You are 24.25 inches long
- Your head circumference is 15.5
He had just gone back to bed when I was leaving this morning, so I haven't had the chance to take a picture yet. As for last night, he did not sleep all night. We fed him around 10:00 pm and he went to sleep, but then was back awake at 2:00 am. When we woke up at 2:00 am, I thought it was around 5:30 (when he has been getting up lately) but I was SO excited it was only 2:00 am and I could go back to sleep! He woke up again at 5:45 am and was hungry again, so I fed him and got ready for work. I think he might be going through a growing phase because we have increased his bottles to 4.5 oz and he is eating either 6 or 7 bottles a day.
Kaden at 2 months: - You wear 0-3 months clothes (mostly 3 months), but some onesies are too short to snap
- You weigh lbs and are inches long
- You nurse about 5 to 6 times a day - but the last few days it has gone to 6 or 7 times a day
- You eat 4.5 oz of Mommy's milk at each feeding and you take rice cereal in your last bottle of the day before bed
- You sleep about 3 to 4 hours at a time
- You have slept through the night 4 times, but you still have a few nights that you still wake up hungry
- You are wearing size 1 diapers
- You smile when you hear mommy or daddy, or when someone talks in a 'baby voice' to you
- You love to be wrapped up in a warm blanket when you are going to sleep
- We are going to Gatlinburg today for the first time and we plan to take 'cousin' pictures in all the fall decorations
- You love sleeping on daddy's chest
- You do not like to burp during your feedings, but you usually have a nice 'man burp' when you are done eating
- You are starting to follow toys with your eyes and you love your 'blinking frog' on your car seat and your duck rattle
- You love your paci (so much that we have one everywhere - in my car, in the crib, in my purse, in your cradle, attached to your car seat, etc.)
Hope everyone has a great weekend. I will try to post pictures later!
