We are so excited....and nervous, but I can't wait until March 16 -- when we find out what we are having! :) AND THEN....let the planning begin! I can't wait to decorate the nursery and buy all kinds of toys and clothes for our little baby!

ReplyDeleteCongrats! I think Shannon told me a few weeks ago, but I was waiting for an official post! Can't wait to hear what you guys are having. It's an incredible journey and a wild ride that I'm sure you will both have fun with. I would like to hear a description of Kevin's face when you told him. ReplyDeleteBlake: When I first took a test and showed Kevin, he didn't believe me. He said the tests were rigged to all say +. So, the next night I came home with more tests (digital this time) and he decided he needed to take one first...just to make sure they didn't all say 'pregnant'. It was hilarious...he actually took a test and it was negative. Then he made me take another one, and it was positive. He was so shocked! Because we found out so early, we had to wait about 4 weeks before going to the doctor (this was awful!!!) but, when we finally went to the doctor and heard the heartbeat - I think it finally sunk in for Kevin. He is so excited...but, scared he is going to have a girl and he won't know what to do! I know he will be great! Hope you guys are doing well!
