Jase finally made it through the night....

OK - this Tuesday, my volleyball team played for the Region Championship and I had visitors! Jason, Jill, Jase, and Jax all surprised me by coming to the game! AND - since Kevin was at school, it was nice for them to come and me have someone sitting in the stands! Afterward, Jase loved playing with Libby! It was too cute! He thinks she is the best!

After the game, Jase decided he wanted to spend the night with me. He tried this a few months ago, and we had to take him to Mamaw's in the middle of the night! So-- I was a little weary when he said he wanted to spend the night. As we were getting his car seat out of Jason's truck, Jase went to his daddy's window and said, "Daddy, I can't do this..." It was soo sweet and sad at the same time!

For whatever reason, Jase decided he wanted to try spending the night anyway! AND HE MADE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT! We left the gym and went to Beef O'Brady's to eat. Jase loved this place because he could play games while we waited for our food. He played every arcade game in there! After dinner, we came home and watched "Polar Express"! Jase was really into this movie. He actually watched the movie and was interested in the little boy's life in the movie. It was good to watch it with him! After the movie, he went straight to sleep with a Momma Tiger that I won while we were on vacation at Myrtle Beach. It was so sweet!

The next morning, Jase woke up around 7:00 am and wanted cinnamon rolls! After breakfast, we had to go to volleyball practice and Jase loved it! He got to see Libby again! He ran and played and chased balls for two hours! He couldn't decide where he wanted to eat lunch, but after a lot of thought, he decided on McDonald's (of course). After lunch, we went back home to watch another movie...something about a rabbit....and took a nap! Since Kevin was asleep in our bed, Jase and I made a bed on the living room floor to sleep on, but he changed his mind and wanted to sleep on the couch! We slept for almost two hours! After nap, we went to Imagination Station and Jase played on the playground and played football with some boys. He got filthy! We went back to the house to wake Uncle Kevin up and play in the hot tub for a few minutes while I cleaned his clothes! We had to meet Bryan, Ashley, Jacob, Brenda, Jill and Jax for dinner and ran out of time while Jase's clothes were drying. He had to put on damp clothes to go and eat...but once we got in the car on the way there, he forgot all about it! It was a nice day and I am glad that Jase made it through the night! I can't wait for him to spend the night again! Hopefully Uncle Kevin will be off of midnight shift next time and he can stay with us too!
